Blackman Blaze Vs. Brentwood Bruins
What a great way to start a Labor Day Weekend with middle Tennessee High School Football, “Thursday Night Lights” was in full motion down I-65 in Williamson County. This last Thursday in August featured a great game between Blackman Blaze vs Brentwood Bruins that had excitement, big plays, and two studs on offense representing the “Boro”.
Charlie Davidson and Jauan Jennings are two of the hottest names early into this season. Davidson was tonight’s offensive player of the game, only a junior this running back had his way tonight with the Bruins defense. Have you heard the name Jauan Jennings? Write it down! With offers already from Tennessee, Ole Miss, and Ohio State to be exact. Jennings, a dual threat quarterback, is starting his junior campaign with his great performances last weekend versus Siegel and this week against the Bruins. 2-0 Blackman is off to an amazing start, can they keep the momentum going? Brentwood is going the opposite direction at 0-2, but may be able to redeem themselves against Centennial next week.
