SPRING HILL — Dylan Stewart tossed a complete game four-hitter as Spring Hill reached the finals of the District 12-AA Tournament with a 6-1 win over Page Tuesday.
With the win, the Raiders earn the right to host Marshall County for the district title at 7 p.m. The Tigers swept the regular season series between the teams. Regardless of Wednesday’s outcome, both teams advance to next week’s Region 6-AA Tournament.
Stewart allowed just one run, while striking out five over seven strong innings of work.
Spring Hill scored two runs in three different innings to earn its win over the Patriots.
Darien Prewett had a pair of hits, including a double, with an RBI and a run scored to lead the Raiders. David Andrews added a hit and two RBIs, while Brandon Hardison (two runs), Jake Usher (RBI), Cole Barksdale, Cody Endicott and Ryan Helgren all supplied hits.
