On Top Athletics held their third annual exposure camp over the weekend. Players from all over the state of Tennessee and Southern Kentucky were in attendance to compete for the camps top spots. Lebanon High School phenom Zion Logue, Chandler Crite, Wilson Central High School’s Garrett Todd and Dawson Ray, Overton Bobcat Aran Muhammad, Smyrna Bulldog defensive tackle Marlon Alexander, Dickson County big running back Darian Burns and one of our favorites that showed out at last year’s exposure camp and also this weekend Harold Jemison Jr. from Hillsboro High School in Nashville.
- Top performer awards were given out in eight different categories.
- Top Defensive Back – Ameer Gray from Oakland High School in Murfreesboro
- Top Quarterback – Joey Jaggers from Caldwell County High School (KY)
- Top Wide Receiver – Logan Collier from Mount Juliet Christian Academy
- Top Running Back – Dezmon Johnson from Lake County High School
- Top Linebacker – Noah Colorusso from Gibbs High School
Not to be outdone by the upperclassmen, three 2020 kids took home top players in their respective positions. First was Isaac Cross out of DeKalb County who won the camps top offensive lineman award. The next 2020 winner was Trevino Rybka out of Dickson County High School who took home the top defensive lineman award. Lastly the overall Camp MVP award went to 2020 Maryville High School athlete Cade Chambers.
All these young men had a great showcase and are expected to compete again in May for the On Top Athletics recruiting camp. The camp in May is expected to bring over 30 different college programs to be in attendance and pick out their players they may be interested in recruiting.
