After coming off district losses in week 0 last week, both Wilson Central and LaVergne are in must win situations to help get their seasons on the right track. LaVergne is looking to post their first winning season since 2005 and they have a great group of determined young men that we believe can pull it off. Both Wilson Central and LaVergne are smack dab in the middle of two of the states toughest districts with the likes of Mt. Juliet, Beech, Oakland and Siegel. This game will be D1Highlights featured game of the week. We think that each of these teams has what it takes to knock of the top team in their perspective districts. This will be the measuring stick to see just how Wilson Central can bounce back from a tough loss to Hendersonville and how LaVergne will handle the task of facing a potential future power house.
