Marshall Co. Tops Undefeated Spring Hill
The Spring Hill Raiders came into tonight’s match-up undefeated and Marshall County came in under rated. Junior quarterback Ashton Posey lead his Tigers to a 36-13 victory over the Raider. Many people doubted the Tigers ability to stop the Raiders high powered running game led by Senior Malcolm Nicholson. But the young team led by their new head coach Thomas Osteen had something to say about being the under dog. Spring Hill scored quick and fast in the 1st quarter to take the led and momentum, but Marshall Counties pass game proved to be just too much for the Raiders to handle. The Tigers now share the top of District 12 with CPA, if they can keep their composure and momentum going into the October 17th matchup with CPA then they may be starring a District 12 title right in the face.
